Keto Jalapeño Popper Chicken Dinner That Drive You Crazy


INGREDIENTS : 

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 jalapeno peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup crumbled crispy bacon
  • 1 tsp garlic salt

INTRUCTIONS : 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degree F.
  2. Fry bacon in an oil pan until crispy. Remove, drain and chop.
  3. Filet chicken breasts to make them thinner.
  4. Lay the chicken flat in a 9×13 baking pan. Season with the garlic salt to taste. Spread softened cream cheese over the top.
  5. Cut jalapeno peppers into halves. Remove seeds, using a spoon. Dice them up.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the chicken. Top with bacon and jalapenos.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Removed from the oven. Let it cool for 5 minutes. Serve.
